Progress

After years of groundwork, our group has built a school in Zimbabwe. We are thrilled to share that Phase 1 of our vision is now a reality: The Mudiwa School officially opened its doors on January 14, 2025! Located in a rural area, the school currently serves 200 students, with over 170 more children on the waitlist.

We’ve begun with four classrooms serving preschool through 6th grade, supported by eight full-time teachers and a dedicated Head Mistress. In addition to classroom instruction using a government-approved curriculum, we’ve built essential infrastructure: bathroom facilities, a water pump house, staff housing (to attract top teaching talent), and a meal program providing breakfast and lunch to every child.  Additional phases are dependent on funding.
