Progress

After years of groundwork, our group has built a school in Zimbabwe. We are thrilled to share that Phase 1 of our vision is now a reality: The Mudiwa School officially opened its doors on January 14, 2025! Located in a rural area, the school currently serves 204 students, with over 175 children on the waitlist.

We began with four classrooms, serving preschool through 6th grade, supported by eight full-time teachers and a dedicated head mistress. In addition to classroom instruction using a government-approved curriculum, we’ve built essential infrastructure: bathroom facilities, a water pumphouse, staff housing (to attract top teaching talent), and a meal program providing breakfast and lunch to every child.  Phase 2 classrooms are currently under construction. Progress and construction continues and is dependent on funding.
